Terms
and Conditions
Our
normal business terms are half
deposit on order the rest of the
payment on completion.
Our
prices are in Pounds Sterling or YTL (New Turkish Lira).
All
final bills are calculated into
Pounds Sterling. All further
payments will be calculated from
there on in Pounds Sterling. We have
found this necessary because of the
instability of the Turkish Lira.
For orders
that are not paid in full, will remain in
Pounds Sterling.
All deposits paid in YTL
will be calculated into Pounds
Sterling on that days exchange rate.
If The final bill will be
paid in YTL then it will be
calculated back from Sterling on that days exchange
rates.
All goods remain
the property of The Curtain Shop
until paid in full.
Once the curtains
or furniture has been
delivered-fitted they are the
responsibility of the home owners
even if they are not paid for in
full.
